What We Are

A firm that joins forces with the best in the world to transform companies across Latin America.

We build alliances with top-tier firms and bring their best capabilities to the region. Global methodology and brand. Local judgment and presence. We don't sell technology. We design the path to adopt it well. Where others see a project, we see a transformation.

What We Do Today

Business transformation: operational and digital, from start to finish.

Collaboration with Panorama Consulting Group

We are Panorama's operating arm in Latin America. Together, we bring companies across the region a methodology proven worldwide, backed by a global brand, proprietary tools, and a quality framework.

Through this alliance, we deliver:

01

ERP Selection

Choosing an ERP is not signing a contract, it is committing to between ten and fifteen years of operation. That is why we follow an independent and methodical process: we gather requirements from the company's different functional areas to establish the technical fit of the solutions under consideration, define the Total Cost of Ownership, and evaluate the credentials of manufacturers and integrators to confirm they meet what our client needs. On that basis, we invite the finalist vendors to a structured process of solution demonstrations, from which, after a meticulous final analysis, the selected vendor emerges.

Only if that vendor successfully passes our negotiation process does it become the chosen one. We then proceed to negotiate and draft the contracts with them, as a natural part of the methodology and not as a separate service. We represent the client from start to finish, and that changes everything that follows.

02

ERP Implementation

An ERP project is not a software project, it is a business project that uses technology. Every manufacturer and integrator has its own agenda during implementation, and most failures come not from technical faults, but from poorly defined processes and poorly prepared people. Our role is to be the expert counterweight that safeguards the client's interests, with a team that masters the four critical disciplines: technology and architecture, process management, change management, and project management.

We oversee progress, control scope and budget, and anticipate risks before they become crises. A well governed implementation is not the one that moves fastest, but the one that reaches safe harbor.

03

Business Process Optimization and Management

Before transforming something, you have to understand what is being transformed. We map processes as they actually occur today, not as they are assumed to occur, combining a top down view of the value chain with a detailed mapping of each workflow, under Lean Six Sigma principles that narrow the gap between what the organization aspires to be and what it is capable of today. From there we redesign with a focus on real efficiency, integrating people, processes, technology, and data.

This foundation of clear processes is what sustains any technology project that follows; without it, disorder simply gets automated. That is why we do not aim for a one time fix, but rather to install a culture of continuous improvement that the organization can sustain on its own over time.

04

Organizational Change Management

Technology does not fail because of what it does, but because of what people stop doing with it. When clear information is missing, employees build their own version of events, and it is almost never the right one; that is why honest, timely communication is the first pillar of any real change. With the Prosci® methodology and the ADKAR model: awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement, we prepare organizations to truly adopt change, not just to tolerate it.

This translates into concrete plans for communication, executive sponsorship, resistance management, coaching, and training, sustained until the new process becomes habit. Without this, even the best system ends up being a broken promise.

05

ERP Project Audit and Recovery

An ERP project that goes off course is not fixed with more pressure, but with an honest diagnosis. We begin by thoroughly understanding the root cause of the problem: technical, process related, or people related; and we review the vendor's deliverables and management practices with an independence that most firms do not have, because we depend on no commercial relationship with any software manufacturers. That same independence lets us answer the question that truly matters: beyond budget and schedule, will the project actually deliver the benefits the organization expected?

Based on that diagnosis, we build a concrete recovery plan: with achievable goals, documented technical changes, and constant communication with all parties, which we stay with until the project reaches safe harbor again. This is not about salvaging what can be salvaged, but about giving the client the certainty that their investment will pay off.

06

Preparation, Integration, and Enablement of Tools Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

Artificial intelligence promises a great deal and, without judgment, delivers little. Everything begins with a maturity assessment that reviews the organization across its three critical dimensions: people, process, and technology, to identify the highest impact use cases and confirm that the available data is reliable before moving forward. On that basis, we define an AI roadmap aligned with business objectives, which can range from automation and machine learning to generative AI.

We evaluate which tools make sense for each business, select them with the same independence with which we choose an ERP, and integrate them into existing systems and workflows, minimizing disruption and maximizing real impact. The difference between a company that adopts AI and one that merely installs it lies in that guidance.

ERP Integration: Novus Vias’ Specialty

Global Capability & Governed Execution

Not every company needs a selection process: some have already decided which system they'll use. For them, the challenge is no longer what to choose, but how to integrate it well. That's where we come in with a different proposal: we coordinate technical execution alongside specialized integrators certified by the manufacturers, and we incorporate, within the same project and at no additional cost, the PMO and audit services that protect the client's interests. We don't replace the integrator; we govern it, in your favor. Execution remains in expert hands; ensuring the project reaches a successful outcome is our responsibility.

And because ERP technical work today is executed in the cloud, remotely, and more efficiently than ever, the location of talent is no longer a constraint. We bring to every project integrators that serve larger markets, with more resources, more experience, and credentials of a different scale; we combine them with the operational closeness of a local team and the independent judgment that only comes from not depending on any manufacturer. A single point of coordination ties together execution and governance, so the investment doesn't remain a promise; it delivers the benefits the company expects.

An ERP project is not a software project; it's a business project that uses technology. And most failures don't come from technical faults, but from poorly defined processes, unprepared people, and poorly governed projects.

That is the gap that kills ERP projects: the governance gap. The integrator knows how to install the system, but its agenda doesn't always align with the client's; time, scope, and margin all pull to its side. And the client, who rarely has the experience to oversee a project of this complexity, discovers the problems when they've already become crises.

Our value proposition is to close that gap by building it into the delivery, not selling it separately. You don't buy "an implementation" and then, on your own, "a supervision." You buy an end-to-end governed delivery, where the expert counterweight comes built in. One responsibility, one interest: yours.

Governance included, not added on

The PMO and project audit sit within the scope and the cost of the integration. They aren't an optional service you can skip (and later regret); they are the hallmark of how we deliver. This is the differentiator no traditional integrator offers, because none benefits from overseeing themselves.

Structural loyalty to the client

We don't depend commercially on the software manufacturers. That independence gives real teeth to our governance: we can hold the integrator to account, even as its ally, because our loyalty is not compromised with any platform. The counterweight isn't rhetorical; it's structural.

The four critical disciplines

We govern delivery by mastering the four disciplines that decide a project's fate: technology and architecture, process management, change management, and project management. We don't just watch the schedule; we anticipate risks where they truly originate, in poorly defined processes and unprepared people.

Talent from larger markets, serving local demands

Platform depth is provided by specialized integrators certified by the manufacturers. But here is the differentiator that changes the equation: we don't settle for the local integrator that happens to be available; we make accessible integration firms that serve far larger markets, with more resources, deeper talent benches, and experience accumulated across project volumes the local market rarely reaches. The client gets the best of several worlds: the expert hand of a first-tier integrator, the independent judgment that governs, and a single coordination that ties it all together.

What We Think

We believe that talent and best practices have no borders, but their execution does have a place.

That's why we partner with top-tier firms from around the world: to bring the region the best of global methodology and deliver it with local judgment. We don't replicate trends; we adopt proven practices and adapt them to the reality of our companies.

We live in a time when the tools for processing information are more powerful than ever. But no tool, however advanced, transforms a company on its own. The difference lies not in having it, but in knowing how to choose it, integrate it, and put it to work with a clear purpose.

That is our reason for being.

We support companies so that these new capabilities don't become empty promises, but real advantages. Technology should serve the business, not the other way around.

That is what we think. And it's what drives us.

What We're Pursuing Today

What we do today doesn't define the limit of what we can become.

We seek to strengthen our current business transformation practices across every area in which we operate today.

We are looking toward the region's legal services firms: law firms and legal departments facing the same challenges of efficiency, technology, and transformation that we already know how to solve in other sectors.

We also want to advance our level of support for film production companies, delivering solutions that add value to the different stakeholders and institutions of this growing industry.

These are worlds with their own logic and their own demands. That's why we approach them the way we approach everything: by building alliances with specialized, top-tier firms, to bring Latin America's legal industry capabilities that are scarce in the region today.

We want the legal profession and the dynamic film industry to also transform the way they operate, with more agile processes, well-adopted technology, and management equal to the times.

That's where we're headed. And we've already begun to walk that path.

What We Set Out to Do

We set out to transcend.

Not to be just another firm, but one that leaves its mark on every market it enters and every relationship it builds.

We want to be the partner the world's best firms choose to reach Latin America, because they know we find the way to make their capabilities bear real fruit here. And we want to be the firm that companies in the region turn to when what's at stake truly matters.

We aspire to be recognized not for our size, but for our judgment. Not for what we promise, but for what we transform.

May every institution we partner with be stronger for having chosen us. May every company we serve go further for having had us close by.

That is what we set out to do. That is the path. This is, and will be, Novus Vías.
